I teach yoga and mindful crafting for children. I love that I get to work with young ones to teach them skills that will help them manage life's challenges through yoga and creative play. We're not just practicing poses and breathing techniques. More importantly, we're learning how to pause for a moment to check in with ourselves in a world of countless distractions. I've completed 3 children's yoga teacher training programs and have been teaching group classes for over a year.

I also teach beginner crochet classes for all ages. I specialize in making Amigurumi (crocheted stuffed animals) but can teach other crochet projects as well.

I enjoy getting to know people and helping them discover the joys and peace that a consistent mindfulness practice can bring.
