Founded in 2011, TX 3rd Coast MMA has established itself as a premier martial arts gym in the Sugar Land and Stafford, Texas areas. Known for its family-oriented team and focus on teaching authentic art techniques and philosophy, TX 3rd Coast MMA caters to all experience levels. The gym offers a variety of classes such as MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do, and more in a facility boasting 6,000 sq. ft., top-of-the-line MMA mats, a pro shop, and much more. Under the expert guidance of founders, Professors Joe and Jason Soliz, and manager Pat Soliz, TX 3rd Coast MMA invites everyone to experience their unique approach.
