Hello, my name is Leo. I am a martial arts instructor, a wrestling coach, and a paramedic. My goal, when teaching self-defense, is to give the students the tools that need to recognize the problem before it begins, how to navigate the encounter, and how to quickly disengage and get to safety. All lessons are geared toward the individuals age and capabilities. I look forward to working with you.
