Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know what exactly the client is looking for out of the experience. Finding out what style of coaching motivates and discourages them appropriately. Seeing what they enjoy and dislike.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with people from the ages of 4 all the to 55 . I've studied at universities and have a lot of different work experiences before deciding in this career choice. All different fields involved working with people so I think that has greatly benefited my social and empathy skills.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$20 minimum per session. If travelling to you , depending on the distance prices may vary. Members pay a monthly fee and will sign contract.
How did you get started teaching?
Competing a lot. I noticed teaching while still competing kept me sharper and reminded me that I enjoy this so much I could gladly do it the rest of my life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Any time I can build confidence in a person . Seeing them go from shy and timid to finding themselves as a person and adopting new skills gives me unimaginable pride.
