About

Karate for Kids classes in American Fork are a great way to build a sense of community in children. Classes are designed to teach children discipline to self and respect to others. As they master these skills they experience a personal victory and becoming a confident individual to handle the challenges in the world today. As they learn life skills such as courtesy, integrity, discipline and perseverance they the confidence to interact with society and the world around them.

While we have a strong focus on child development we also work with students of all ages and have many families that train together with their kids.

We also have dedicated classes for teens & adults who want a more intense workout without little ones underfoot.

I have seen the impact that martial arts training has had on my life and the lives of my family members who have also trained. I want to offer those same opportunities to others.

I love working with students (kids or adults it doesn't matter) and watching them learn and grow in their training. I love to see them gain and build self confidence and dedication.

I truely love to see them blossom with a "Yes I can!" attitude for every task and challenge in life.
