I have been a yoga teacher since 2016 and a yoga student for more than 14 years. I became a yoga teacher for the purpose of getting better at my own yoga practice. A continues learning and practice prepares me to be able to share my love and appreciation for yoga.
My classes are meant to challenge my students by offering practices that will help them improve their health and lifestyle, improve posture, balance, prevent injuries and increase strength and flexibility.
I genuinely enjoy teaching and love opportunities to build relationships with likeminded people.
