How did you get started teaching?
I struggled with my weight after college and when I found cross training, I lost 32 pounds in 3.5 months and fell in love with the industry!
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages, all fitness levels, any limitation. I have had a total hip replacement and this fitness program brougt me back to 100% recovery and even better than I was before!
