It has been nearly 10 years since I first stepped on a yoga mat in a class led by Connie Weisberg. This is without a doubt the best decision I have made to enhance and preserve both my physical and emotional well being. Connie has the soul of a dancer leading classes through unexpected delightful movements coupled with the expertise of a practiced and educated teacher of body strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Always leaving with a smile on my face after accomplishing a long term goal or laughing as I attempted to remember which foot moves first, the next session with Connie is highly anticipated. She is one of the greats in her field and I feel fortunate to be one of her students.
