About
I'm incredibly passionate in yoga practice in it's many physical benefits. But what makes me so committed to the practice itself, is the amount of peace and mindfulness I receive. And in today's world with everything being so hectic, I think all of us could use some more of that!
KODA FIT is all about understanding what we can control in our mind, body, and soul and moving forward with that. I teach active duty sailors in the US Navy how to stay calm and controlled in stressful environments. Believe me, they go through alot!
I'll bring those same strategies into your life and will give you the tools necessary to fight stress and understand just how much control you have and you will have more power to get the results you want!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
This is a close 1-on-1 experience where we will set expectations, what you should bring to the lesson, and tge kind of attitude you should come with. We will discuss what tour overall goals are and what you aspire to have in your journey of increasing mindfulness. If you have any ailments or physical limitations, that is OKAY! We will make adjustments and will be safe in our preparation for each sequence.
