River Yoga
About
River Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes. We offer Tradtional Hatha Yoga which is a great place for beginners to start. We offer Vinyasa yoga for students who want to work a little more on upper body strength and flow through the postures. River Yoga also offers Yin Yoga classes which focus on stretching connective tissue and allows students time for the mind to settle into peace.
We love connecting to our yoga students. Our mission at River Yoga is to help bring healing to our community through the practice of yoga. We think of our yogis as family and love to see people grow and become more successful at reaching their goals.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students can chat with the instructor before and after class. Your teacher can give you tips on how to modify some of the poses until you feel stronger and more comfortable in your practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors have a 200 hour certification in teaching yoga.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing options vary so students can choose what is right for them. A single class is $14. A student can try a trial month for $45 and come as many times as they like during that month. Other options are also available.
How did you get started teaching?
We have several different teachers. I think we teach because we want to share the power of yoga. Yoga can help transform the mind and body. It is an honor to share that with others.
What types of students have you worked with?
Our studio has a wide range of students. Some of our students haven't moved very much in recent years and feel very stiff and out of shape. We also have athletes who add yoga to their routine for the flixibility and peace of mind it offers. We try to meet the needs of all who come through our door.
