We have quality teaching with alignment, so that the students can grow, make approvment without getting injured. We have small classes to provide help and personal attention to the students.
I am passionate to help all kinds of people, young and old. My intention is to both challenge and guide my students, encouraging flexibility, strength and alignment in their bodies and in all aspects of their yoga practice. My goal is to support my students on their own journeys towards peace, acceptance, compassion, contentment and a deeper awareness, connecting body, mind and spirit.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I evaluate the student by first asking questions, looking at insuries , or tightness in the body. I also would like to know their expectations, what they want to improve or heal in their bodies, mind and spirit.

How did you get started teaching?
Because of my passion for yoga and all the healing aspects it has. I wanted to share to everyone around me!
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages including 10 years of teaching Chairyoga for elderly people!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for alignment based yoga, in order to not get hurt!!! This is very important and my speciality!
