I love helping people relieve stress through Yoga. There are many elements of Yoga including asana or physical postures, pranayama or breath control and meditation or quieting the body and mind. All together these aspects of yoga help reduce stress and create a higher quality of life.

I especially enjoy witnessing the changes that occur in my students' breathing, posture and overall disposition between the start of practice and the end. My students leave my class visibly more peaceful and at physically at ease than they are when they first come into class.

Beth is a wonderful yoga teacher. After her lessons, I feel relaxed and have gotten an excellent workout. She knows how to end the lessons on an excellent note where you want to come back for another lesson.
