My name is Jay-J Jones, Lead Pitching Trainer at PNW Baseball Dojo located in Tacoma, WA! I specialize in biomechanical and velocity development from youth to professional-level clientele. At the Dojo we use industry standard technology with HitTrax and Blast for hitting to TrackMan and PULSE for the pitching side. My background involves Kinesiology degrees from Washington State University and Seattle University, and I have played baseball in the greater Seattle area for over 20 years. I am also certified to teach Pitching, Hitting, and Strength from Driveline’s educational courses whom I have been a client of for 10+ years and recently worked at for over a year.
