Classes are kept small, under 20 students per class. This gives each student more individualized attention from the instructor.I teach traditional Okinawa Isshinryu karate. If you want to be the best, train with the best! Alissa Long, Head Insructor of East West Karate is a 7th degree Black Belt in Okinawan Isshinryu Karate. She was the 1990 US Karate Alliance Black Belt Women's World Champion. She has trained in Isshinryu since 1987. Sensei Long loves teaching karate in a family friendly atmosphere, thinking of her students as part of her family.
