Foster Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, founded in 2003 and located in Kent, Washington, offers the most comprehensive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling program in the Seattle area. Led by James '300' Foster, a 4th degree Black Belt and 3x Master World Champion, the academy is one of the largest dedicated to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction in the region. With classes available seven days a week, FBJJ caters to all, from beginners to advanced students, offering a range of programs including Women's Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense, and Children's BJJ for ages 4 and up.
