Glacier Combat Arts: Sila Voli West, founded in 2010, is a dedicated martial arts training facility located in Rochester and Centralia, Washington. The highly trained team provides exceptional, safe, and effective instruction in a variety of combat sports including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, SAMBO, Kickboxing, MMA, and Self Defense. The curriculum is designed to support all skill levels, from newcomers to seasoned fighters, and emphasizes continuous learning, adaptation, and individual success.
