True Martial Arts, founded in 1982 and located in Sammamish, Washington, is a family-oriented martial arts school that offers quality instruction for all ages. Led by Sammamish residents Laurel Zoppi and her son, Skyler Zoppi, the school combines a modern and progressive curriculum with traditional martial arts values. They focus on teaching traditional values, classic martial arts movements, practical self-defense techniques, and life skills. The late founder, Thomas Zoppi, developed a passion for martial arts and his legacy continues to inspire students today.
