I'm an 8th Degree Grandmaster in Korean Tang Soo Do karate, a 1st degree Black Belt in Shito-Ryu karate, Tai Chi teacher, skilled in Arnis (stick fighting) and Wing Chun. Began martial arts in 1966! Gold medalist in the Karate Goodwill Games, member of the 3rd World Karate Team and Sacramento Gladiators Full Contact Team, top rated competitor, martial art tournament promote and top rated official, Northwest and National arbitrator for the National Black Belt League, on the cover of Karate Illustrated magazine with articles in Black Belt & Taekwondo Times magazines, President of the US World Dang Soo Do Union and the Western Pacific Tang Soo Do Association, numerous Hall of Fame awards and listed in Who's Who in the Martial Arts.
I have been teaching martial arts consistantly since 1970 and have taught through Community Centers and the YMCA.
I love teaching children 3-12 years old and also teach teens and adults, 13 years old and older.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Very Beginner friendly to help new students become successful quickly! Students learn at their own pace and our curriculums help guide each and every student to achieve their next level.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We offer 6 month and 12 months programs and can tailor programs to fit your needs. Personal training is also available. We recommend that anyone interested, first take our Free 2 Week Trial program to see if they're qualified and ready to participate in a martial arts program. Once completed, you can choose whichever program best appeals to you!
What types of students have you worked with?
Children from 3 years old and up. I've worked successfully with children with ADD and Aspergers.
