What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students will begin with opening exercises, pressure point sheet, and overview of primary hand, foot strikes and blocks.
As students progress in learning form and technique, Grand Master Quick customizes the leasons for each individuals background and goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grand Master Quick has trained hundreds of NYC police officers, many from the time they were children. Grand Master became a black belt in Goju Ryu Karate at age 15, studied in Japan, Brooklyn and Chinatown in New York City before mastering 5 total forms of Martial Arts.
