When living in Brooklyn, NY I was mugged in broad daylight. I decided to take private instruction from Grand Master Quick and it changed my life. He teaches real martial arts, a mix of five forms that works on the street. I gained confidence, strength of mind and body and continue to practice. I highly recommend Grand Master Quick for anyone looking to learn true self-defense.
