My name is Bob Heinemann. I'm a bass playing, martial arts instructor, lacrosse coach, and father of two, and I teach group classes, one-on-one privates, private group sessions, and corporate self-defense seminars.
There is nothing more rewarding than hearing from a student how much their life has changed because of their training with me. Whether it's stress relief, feeling healthier, feeling more empowered, more confident...there's no better affirmation that I'm in the right business.
My approach to teaching self-defense is to make it adaptable to the student's specific needs, abilities, and limitations. I create a training program that's a mix of what you "like" to do, and what I think you "need" to do, in order to reach your desired outcome.
I teach Filipino Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, JKD, and practical Self-Defense.
