About

Founded in 1966, the Washington Karate Association is a well-established institution that has been providing top-notch martial arts instruction in Seattle, Washington, and surrounding areas. The association focuses on individual excellence and offers an after-school program for children, aiding their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The first branch, Ballard Dojo, is a familiar icon to the residents of Ballard, having served the community for over 50 years. The Washington Karate Association is a proud member of the International Hayashi-Ha Shitoryu Federation.
