About

I'm a life coach who offers talk therapy to allow anyone to discuss whatever they want with confidence and without judgement.

I also specialize in fitness and integrate my life coaching practice in the world of athletics. My focus is on track and field, and I make the workouts fun. I'm about getting to the know the person I am working with and creating a fitness plan for others based on their needs. I've been a track and field athlete for several years.

I love what I do. It's fun, rewarding to help others improve, have fun, and have a renewed sense of hope

    Frequently asked questions

My typical process with a new client begins with getting to know them, understanding their goals, challenges, and what they would like to improve in their life. We discuss areas such as confidence, motivation, mindset, accountability, relationships, career direction, stress management, or creating healthier habits. From there, we build a personalized plan with realistic action steps and ongoing support to help them move forward. If fitness is a priority, I assess their current activity level and comfort zone through light movement, basic workouts, walking, or beginner-friendly cardio to understand where they are starting from. We then create a fitness approach that matches their goals. I will be using the benefits of running to help someone toward their fitness goals. My coaching style is supportive, encouraging, and focused on progress. I want clients to feel motivated, understood, and empowered while creating positive changes both mentally and physically.
My background combines both athletic experience and a passion for personal growth, which supports my work in fitness and general life coaching. I competed in track and field in high school and college as a sprinter in the 100m, 200m, and 400m, with the 400m being my specialty. Through years of training and competition, I developed firsthand knowledge of discipline, goal setting, resilience, mental toughness, and performing under pressure. I was also honored to serve as team captain in both high school and college, which helped build my leadership and ability to motivate others. In addition, I am a USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach, giving me a foundation in coaching principles, training methods, and athlete development. I plan to continue expanding my education through additional certifications and ongoing learning. Beyond athletics, my coaching approach also draws from real-life experience in overcoming challenges, building confidence, creating structure, and helping others stay accountable to their goals. Whether someone is seeking support in mindset, motivation, personal growth, or fitness, I bring both practical experience and an encouraging, results-focused approach.
Yes, I offer flexible coaching options based on the type of support a client is looking for. General life coaching sessions are $45 per hour and focus on areas such as confidence, motivation, goal setting, accountability, mindset, and creating positive habits. Fitness coaching sessions start at $55 per hour and may include personalized workout guidance, conditioning plans, accountability support, and wellness-focused coaching. Package options and ongoing coaching plans may also be available for clients looking for consistent support. My goal is to provide value, encouragement, and practical guidance tailored to each individual’s needs.
I originally became interested in coaching through encouragement from a friend who believed I would be a good fit to help coach their children. That experience helped me realize how much I enjoy guiding, motivating, and supporting others in their growth. Over time, my passion expanded beyond sports and fitness into helping people improve the overall quality of their lives. I enjoy helping others build confidence, create healthier habits, stay accountable to their goals, and become stronger both mentally and physically. Coaching allows me to combine encouragement, practical guidance, and personal development in a meaningful way.
I have worked with youth students ages 10 and up.
A recent experience I’m especially fond of was spending time coaching kids and seeing them genuinely have fun during a drill I created.
My advice to a student looking to hire a coach or teacher is to choose someone you feel comfortable with and can trust. Look for someone who encourages you to improve while also giving honest, constructive feedback. A good coach should help you stay motivated, challenge you in a healthy way, and guide you toward progress without tearing you down. They should also genuinely care about your well-being, confidence, and long-term success. The right coach is not just someone with knowledge, but someone who brings out the best in you.
Before speaking with a coach or teacher, students should think about what they truly want to achieve. Are you looking to improve fitness, build confidence, stay accountable, develop healthier habits, gain skills, or make progress in a specific area? The clearer you are about your goals, the easier it is to find the right fit. It is also helpful to ask about the coach’s experience in the area you are seeking support with. For example, if your goal is general fitness, ask about their background with helping people stay active, build consistency, or improve wellness. If your goal is personal growth or mindset, ask how they help clients with motivation, accountability, and confidence. You should also consider practical questions such as coaching style, scheduling, pricing, communication, and what kind of support is offered between sessions. The best coaching relationship is one that aligns with both your goals and your personality.
