About this pro

Yoga and fitness are my passion! And I believe it's important to share that with others. Yoga has helped me heal physically, mentally, and spiritually. Any one at any age and skill level can experience its benefits. I like to learn about my students and find out what they want out of every lesson. My lessons are custom fit to give you exactly what you are looking for. I have been trained in 2 unique styles of yoga, so whether you're looking for a killer work out or some stretching and relaxation, you've come to the right place!

I offer an array of services tailored to what you are looking for. I'm trained in power vinyasa and Yoga Sculpt. Whether you're sweating for the wedding or want to lengthen and tighten, I create an experience that is tailored for you. I offer private as well as group lessons

I try to start and end my classes with a bit of meditation. I help students set an intention for each session and share my intention as well to be unified in our practice.

I originally wasn't sure what I was looking for as far as private lessons, but I knew I wanted to get more active. What I love about my one-on-one's with Sara is that she makes me set an intention for each session, and motivates me to keep pushing towards that intention. What's unique about her lessons is her training is 2 super different styles of yoga; So some times she has me doing squats and other times we get to relax and stretch and learn some fun cool poses I can show off to my friends and family!! Would definitely recommend. :)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I want to get to know you! What are your goals? What's your experience like? What are you looking to get out of private lessons? Let's work together to make that happen.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 2 very different styles of training under my belt. One is what you typically think of when you think of yoga. It is a vinyasa flow, which is more meditative and focuses on lengthening the muscles. The other is what may come to mind when you think of personal training. It incorporates squats, push ups, and other strength training methods, combined with yoga, to help you build more lean muscles.

How did you get started teaching?

After practing myself for years, an instructor suggested I try their teacher training. After I finished the first, I immediately fell in love and signed up for another one.
