I try to start and end my classes with a bit of meditation. I help students set an intention for each session and share my intention as well to be unified in our practice.
I originally wasn't sure what I was looking for as far as private lessons, but I knew I wanted to get more active. What I love about my one-on-one's with Sara is that she makes me set an intention for each session, and motivates me to keep pushing towards that intention. What's unique about her lessons is her training is 2 super different styles of yoga; So some times she has me doing squats and other times we get to relax and stretch and learn some fun cool poses I can show off to my friends and family!! Would definitely recommend. :)

I have 2 very different styles of training under my belt. One is what you typically think of when you think of yoga. It is a vinyasa flow, which is more meditative and focuses on lengthening the muscles. The other is what may come to mind when you think of personal training. It incorporates squats, push ups, and other strength training methods, combined with yoga, to help you build more lean muscles.
After practing myself for years, an instructor suggested I try their teacher training. After I finished the first, I immediately fell in love and signed up for another one.
