My approach to yoga is to use the practice to explore body/mind connection and to bring awareness, physical and emotional well being to everyday life. I am currently studying Yoga Therapy and use the newly acquired knowledge to structure yoga classes and one-on-one sessions based on student’s individual skill, experience and body type.
My classes are friendly, fun and accessible to everyone. In my teaching, I am flexible, encouraging, and understanding.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. I have experienced transformative effects of the practice on my emotional and physical well being. My goal by teaching yoga is to share this experience with my students.
