Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on how many times per week the client comes in. The more frequently, the more cost effective for the client.
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching originally at a local gym while still in college.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a broad spectrum, everyone from Parkinson's patients to athletes. But what I specialize in is functional fitness and special health conditions.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say to choose a teacher with certification recognized by the NCCA (National Commission of Certifying Agencies). There are thousands of certs out there, but only a handful is recognized by this authorative organization that is the same organization that oversees the medical profession.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Decide what it is that you hope to accomplish.
