Founded in 2016, Shaolin Temple Zen Kung Fu Academy is located in Sacramento, California and serves the surrounding areas. With roots in the Songshan Shaolin Temple, the academy is an official cultural center aiming to share traditional Chinese culture, Chan meditation (Zen), Kung Fu, medicine, and art worldwide. Under the guidance of a 34th generation disciple, the academy is committed to the preservation and spread of Shaolin culture, one of the oldest and most renowned styles of Kung Fu, which uniquely fuses Zen Buddhism and martial arts.
