Great trainer. If you want great price and a trainer who focus on the right form then this is the place. This trainer is amazing. Not only is his price low but also he is very helpful with helping me reach my goal. He helped me fix my posture with easy exercise. He would suggest exercise that helps you reach whatever goal you have. Best part is that you dont need to go to the gym. He can go to you to work out. No intimidating people watching you exercise. Highly highly recommend this place. No more crazy expensive fees for a private trainer. Plus the trainer at the gyms are not as attentive as this trainer. If you wanna go to the gym, he has also a gym for you to go too. Its super clean and not a lot of people. It is for private session use. Best part is that it doesnt smell like the locker room. They clean the equipments.

I have been training her since day 1 they open. Overall, i love this place. Not only the trainer is professional and super helpful, also the facility is tidy and clean. You got all the equipment you ever needed (free weights, Assault airbike and etc.) to lose weight or build up some muscle. I believe they often have new programs going. So, definitely check it out. Give it a try.

My coach emphasized on the importance of enjoying the journey instead of what awaits you at the end of it. As cheesy as that may sound, if you enjoy the workout, then being fit becomes a gift as a result of your hard work. Keeping a daily workout routine is something that my coach imprinted on me, and has changed my life ever since. Overall, my experience at Gimme Fit has been awesome, and Ive already introduced it to my friends.

By far the best trainer Ive seen. Ive compared multiple trainers and my coach helps target what you want help on. He is very attentive and he explains each exercise in full detail like where this exercise is suppose to target. And which muscles to use and what to do if youre sore. Unlike the other trainer, he keeps an eye on your form to make sure youre doing the exercise correctly. His price is perfect. Not too expensive. Other trainers charge about $1000+ for 10 sessions. My trainer price is reasonable and affordable. The best part is that the coach can come to you to help train you. All you need to prepare is water, towel and wear workout clothes. He will bring the equipment needed. By far the best trainer Ive had. And Ive searched for a lot and nothing compared to him or his price. Not to forget he is very patient and explains every question you have. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great attentive personal trainer.

Gimme Fit is awesome. My coach was cool and everything he gave me was easy to follow. It was a little tough to get used to writing things down at first, but so worth it in the end. They really helped me out to change the habits that were holding me back. Million likes.

    Frequently asked questions

We'll sit down first and chat to find out how we're able to best help out. Then we'll review a couple of options and decide if the student is a good fit for one of our trainers. From there, we'll agree on a program that fits the students' needs and get the ball rolling!

Our Coaches hold multiple certifications as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology or Applied Exercise Science.

Our 1-on-1 coaching is priced at $65 per session, while our group programs are $25 or less per session.

I've been teaching all my life. I started out teaching tutoring classmates in middle school, began tutoring and teaching classes through high school and college, then ended up where I am now - teaching people to live healthier and happier lives!

I think this recent pandemic has definitely ended up disastorously, but the silver lining is that I'm seeing a lot more people start to realize that health is important and that means a lot to me.

Through my career as a trainer, I've seen, way too many times, people come in and tell me how their doctor just diagnosed them with a chronic disease and now they've got no option but to address their health. I don't want people to reach that point before they start.

So I'm really hoping that as we come out of this mess, we're able to put more attention to our health and wellbeing.

Health and wellness is a lifelong journey. If you're really in it for the long run, find a coach that's not only got expertise, but that you actually get along with.

What is your goal? Why haven't you been able to accomplish that on your own?

What is the one thing that a trainer can most help you out with?

What does your schedule look like? Are you able to commit time outside of training hours to stretch and complete your own workouts?

How much 1-on-1 attention do you need? The cost of coaching typically correlates with how much personal attention you'll need.
