ForgedFit started in the Personal Training Industry in the year 2000.
ForgedFit and its trainers specialize in personal progress, not just personal training. The passion for true development is what we take pride in. This development extends beyond just physical development. Nutritional education, motivational techniques, self-confidence building and REALISTIC, but challenging goal setting are just a few of the things we take pride in focusing on.
Educating clients on how to push themselves beyond what they ever imagined, teaching them how to break out of their comfort zones, and showing them they CAN do more are crucial for maximal progress. These are techniques that you cannot learn from any textbook or display with any certification. The total development of mind, attitude and one’s belief system is what leads to the total development of body.
As you progress, evolve, and adapt to your training program, your trainer will continually modify your program while also changing their approach, their expectations and their coaching style to ensure the greatest results. That passion for the end result can not be taught. ForgedFit was created on the principal of adaptive training based on your specific wants and needs, with a focus on continual muscle confusion ensuring that your body will progress with optimal results, leading to a complete evolution of you.
ForgedFit was founded with 2 ideas in mind: Program design based on YOUR wants and needs, and the idea of keeping things fresh, challenging and fun. Too many trainers out there get licensed and assume their work is done. The focus on simple “textbook” training concepts and gimmicks leads to poor results, frustrated clients and potential injury. Few have the years of experience in body change, nutritional guidance and fitness training, while also possessing the skill set to help lead a client to optimal athletic performance, sport-specific training and strength and power training if desired.
We believe in continually changing styles, approach and regimen. A solid mix of athletic, plyometric, cardiovascular, flexibility and weight training will lead to a completely new you.
Seeing the change in clients. The look on their faces. The inner growth and of course helping people achieve their goals and get results by realizing the potential that they always had inside. It just takes a little spark and dedication!
I came to Dagan to get better at Baseball and Football. I went from 170 to 195, literally doubled my strength and quickness, and went from backup to a STARTER on both teams. Dagan cares. He wants you to reach your potential, even more than you do sometimes! He truly truly cares about you as a person and believes in you. I can't say enough. The lessons I learned go far beyond just training in a gym or in sports. He taught me about confidence, mental strength, breaking comfort zones and these will all translated to making me a stronger person INSIDE, for the rest of my life. I can't say enough.
I came to Dagan because I was a couple weeks shy of my friends destination wedding and couldn't fit into my already purchased bridesmaids dress . Dagan's level of commitment to health and fitness is obvious, he knows his stuff. With his diet tips and cardio training I was able to walk down the isle without my bridesmaids dress zipper 1" unzipped. Dagan has an encouraging and non intimidating approach and I would recommend him to anyone trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Dagan's hard work and dedication for health and fitness is ever-present. From the first initial talk I had with Dagan, he was able to quickly grasp where I was with my fitness/nutrition and create a workout plan containing mixed sessions of endurance, strength, technique, along with a brief discuss on nutrition. This plan was not only achievable, but challenging enough to push me further than I could ever imagine. I have to say that it certainly makes a difference when a trainer cares so much about his client's health and well-being that they go out of their way to keep informed on achievements and possible downfalls. When a trainer maintains that connection with his client(s), the client will certainly see the importance in maintaining their health and fitness goals, and focus on making them a reality. I feel Dagan went above and beyond, not only with his training methods, but with the way he communicated the genuine attainability of maintaining my health and fitness goals...and for that I am very grateful.
I had just had a baby a few months prior to going to Dagan and wanted to lose the extra weight I had gained during my pregnancy. Dagan was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. He knew when to push me to achieve better results and when to give me a break (as all moms know it's hard to balance having a little baby with exercising!). He also knew how to tailor physical activity and diet to fit your personal lifestyle needs and he would be honest with me about what to expect (and what not to expect) in terms of results. By the time my daughter was 6 months old, I was back to my normal weight. More importantly, I was much stronger and had more lean muscle than I had ever had before. I am still going to Dagan to keep fit and healthy!

I have been involved in sports and fitness my entire adult life. I was also overweight as a teen. I initially was self taught and completely transformed my body as well as my mind which gave me a passion for health/fitness and helping others achieve the same results. I was an All-American athlete at The University of Southern California, which led to a deeper education and greater real life experience than most trainers have.
I've had clients from 12 years old to 70 years old. Each person, body type, personality type, etc. require completely different training approaches.
Don't go for the least expensive trainer. I am not that. I am however less expensive than an Equinox trainer for example, with 10x the education and experience. Just remember...you get what you pay for.
