Certified associate Taichi instructor of the "Taichi healthway and associates" taught by Master Jessie Tsao other teachers Master Daniel Hoover Master Tom Tran. I'm a student. Of Eastern thought studying the Toa and the I Ching
Come join me and discover this ancient and graceful martial art.
I will begin with a breathing meditation.
Then we will do. The 8 brcades known as Qi Gong a gentle stretch exercise which improves the circulation of the fluids and energy in the body.
Then beginning with the first five basic movements of the 24 Tai Chi form.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students, please make sure you are on time. If you are not feeling well. Do not come to class. Please be courteous to your Teacher & Students. Wear shoes that are comfortable no Sandles. You can go bare foot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified and have been teaching for seven years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private classes are $25. 00 for 1/2 hour.
Hour classes are $35.00 for 1 hour.
2 classes per week one private and the other with a group $ 40.00
I will not turn away students if you can't afford these prices. Please talk to me so we can set a plan for you.

I took a class and loved it. So I decided to become a teacher.
