A female athlete former boxer & kickboxing competitior.. using my experience to deliver some of best full body workouts in the Bay Area . I am a hybrid of calisthenics, weight training , resistance training , & mitt work that involves kickboxing & boxing. I have a tremendous amount of transformations under my belt . Weight loss & conditioning training ! I love what I do ! Health & fitness saved my life & I love to pay it forward !

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Go through a various styles of workouts . I can usually asset a client right away !!! Posture is the first thing I emphasize. To create proper form . Using basic movements to get a feel of their athleticism.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've ran fitness studios all my life . Fitness 19 , transformation center , la boxing , ilovekickboxing studio. I've trained in boxing, kickboxing , Muay Thai to compete . Golden gloves 2x .

I was a competitive athlete at a young age , with my experience. I loved teaching & training . Changing lives is my purpose

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just do it !!!! It's the perfect stress reliever right at your door step. Right now it's really hard to get a routine down . Take full advantage of this opportunity where a trainer comes to you , to give u that 1 hr break ;)
