I believe health is an integrated and balanced state of our bodily functions. Movements and Awareness are two important aspects of this balance. I love to share with you my knowledgy and experiences in these areas to improve the quality of your physical condition. 

I am certified to teach Yoga, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Feldenkrais Methods, Functional Integration and Meditation.  

My approach is wholistic and I pay special attention to individual differences and needs. 

I have completed the 200 hour Yoga teacher training from the Avalon Yoga Center, Palo Alto, in 2009. I later expanded my training to include the Restorative Yoga Teacher training with Judith Lasater at Yoga Tree, San Francisco in 2010, and the Yoga Tune Up teacher training with Jill Miller at Yoga Garden, San Francisco in 2013.

In addition to Yoga teaching since 2009, I am also a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, and a certified trainer in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, and Gyrokinesis. 

I love to help people to connect with their own bodies through Yoga practice, movements and awareness, meditation and other hands on experiences.

My goal is to bring physical and mental stability, which includes strength, flexibility, health, joy and peace, into people's daily lives!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I would learn from my students first of their needs, physical conditions, personal restrrictions and their inspired goals or wishes. I then find out their environments and their daily routines and habits. With an understanding of where they are, I can then offer them suggestions and guidence on movement options, props and the thinking processes that would improve their physical wellbeing and joy in life.
