Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we would set up an intial consultation to see if I am capable of meeting your fitness needs. Then, I would meet with the client and help them clarify their fitness goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated cum laude from the Bloomfield College in New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. After my bachelor’s degree, I went to Florida State University and received a Masters of Science in Criminology. Throughout my years, I have been a bodybuilder, college athlete and athletic trainer, as well as fitness trainer. So my long history of athletics and fitness have led me down this path. I am NESTA certified in Personal Fitness Training and hold several certifications in Corporate Wellness, Sports Injury, Kung Fu Fitness, Tactix (a martial arts based fitness program), and I am P90X Qualified.
