Afraid to try a yoga class? Intimidated by a big class. Try a private. I design yoga classes to fit the individual. I have my 200 HR yoga certidication as well as Flowlift through Buddhi Yoga in La Jolla. I run yoga rereats in the summers in NH. Every spring I lead treks in Nepal focusing on yoga.
I was nervous when I first started yoga. It was intimadating. I love introducing people to yoga in a way that fits them personally. I love teahcing and working with people, encouraging them to try something new!
I was fortunate to be able to take classes with Bri in a yurt! Her yurt had a welcoming feel to it, as did she. It had been a while since I had attended a yoga class so I was a little nervous, but she put me at ease right away. During the class Bri gently helped me place my arms and legs properly. I left each class feeling relaxed and renewed. I highly recommend Yoga With Bri!

I feel like I have always been a teacher. I worked with horses and taught people how to ride for years. One needs to have awareness of their body, energy and balance when riding a horse. I feel like yoga and horses connect in a way. Horses and teachign led me to get certified in yoga and has allowed me to teach more!

students should be open to what they want from the experience. If I am not the instructor they should have I will help them find someone who is. It's very important to connect with your instructor. Yoga can be an incredible journey...you want to be with a like minded person to yourself.
