I began working at a private health club in Sillacon Valley, and the Peninsula in California.
I transferred to Healthspring Fitness in Vacaville on the Northbay Hospital campus, transferring back to the Bay Area and working with 24 Hour Fitness from the fall of 2017 until the hike of this current pandemic.
I'm certified with a 500hr Hatha and 200hr Restorative yoga classes.
I've also attained "spinning" or indoor cycling certification from Madd Dogg Spinning in 2012.
I've received Employee of the season from San Mateo
Athletic club as well as Rock Star and Group X employee of month from 24 Hour Fitness on Ocean st. in San Francisco.
I incorporate Tai Chi and Qi Qong along with Yin yoga into my practices to achieve the maximum level of samadhi or stress relief.
