Prenatal And Ashtanga Yoga
About
I have tried different styles of yoga for years but I was looking for something more challenging . It was only when I moved to San Francisco in 2014 that I was introduced to Ashtanga Yoga. I met my teacher, Christina Martini, and fell in love with the intimacy of her practice.
Yoga soon became far more than a physical activity– it was a new, fully integrated way of living and being. I became so grateful to have knowledge of the power of conscious breath, and to a physical practice that deepened my capacity to embody presence.
I completed my 200 Hour Training teacher training under the guidance of Christina Martini , Manju Jois and Nancy Gilgoff.
Once I got pregant I had to modify my practise for this new exciting chapter of my life. My prenatal training is rooted in Ashtanga and Iyengar method.
I am thrilled to now be able to share the principles of the yoga practice with my students. I feel incredible every day of practice and aspire to help you feel the same.
I'm registered with Yoga Alliance for RYS200.
I’ve been a student of yoga for over 10 years and was lucky enough to be taught the ancient system of yoga by Manju Jois, Nancy Gilgoff and Christina Martini.
I love passing this ancient method to new students.
