YOGA: I offer Private/Group Yoga sessions where guide my client through a deeply relaxing and opening routine or a more intense and energizing one.
HOLISTIC HEALTH/LIFE COACHING: I also offer Holistic health/life coaching one-on-ones, where I help my client achieve better health, a more positive mindset, or help rework and balance their lifestyle.
