About
I am extremely passionate about teaching yoga in a way that works for each of my students. I work to make yoga accessible, empowering and enlightening.
Yoga gives me the opportunity to connect with students, meet them where they are in their lives, and show them that life can be less miserable :). It’s pretty incredible.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I do a brief consultation so that I get to know about each student’s needs, experiences and bodies. This makes it so that each student can get the most value possible out of each practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained 200 RYT Yoga Alliance certified teacher, soon to be 500 RYT. I have been trained in restorative yoga, children’s yoga, teen yoga and prenatal yoga as well.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching at a yoga studio! I have seen many different bodies, practices and studios.
What types of students have you worked with?
Students of all ages, from all backgrounds. I am an inclusive teacher who believes that everyone can practice yoga.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
-How is your mood on a regular basis?
-What would you like to get out of your yoga practice?
-Do you have any injuries or other bodily qualities or complications that I should be aware of (i.e., pregnancy, hip replacement)?
