I have been practicing Tai Chi Chuan for over thirty years and studied in Taipei, Taiwan under grandmaster Lu Hung Bin. I currently teach private lesson in Los Angeles area.
My mission is helping people to have Balance and Healthy Life.
My commitment to my student to building a solid foundation, encourage them to do consistently become an asset of their own health.
In practicing Tai Chi , the mind as well as the muscles must be relaxed and the limbs and the waist kept flexible. It is relaxing movement which improves the nervous system and blood circulation.
When one practices Tai Chi will feel that during the relaxed and continuous movements, a stream of heat is circulating up to every fingertip, showing the effect on the circulation.
Tai Chi works to restore the balance and harmony between one's physical, mental and spiritual natures.
