Yoga Teacher
About
Witnessing the positive changes in students' physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Be a part of the students' transformation.
Yoga has taught me how to go inward to uncover the voice of intuition and trust it, to have the courage to face my shadows, to have the strength to accept it and to understand that compassion for all and radical self love are also necessary.
When I walk onto the mat, I feel like I have finally arrived home. I am whole. I am welcomed. I am seen. I am accepted. I am safe. I am loved. I am enough. And I want to offer students the same feelings when I teach.
I teach what I practice, because I am so passionate about sharing the rich beauty of Yoga. I see myself like a conduit. I can get out of the way knowing that any transformation that takes place is the grace that happens between the students and their practice.
