My name is Andre Maddox,
I am a fitness specialist who specializes in strength training, weight loss, endurance training, and flexibility training. I have been a fitness professional for 6 years now as I have my NCSF CPT and my B.S. in Kinesiology from CSUN. Currently, I am pursuing my Masters of Science in Exercise Science from CALU. What makes my services stand out are flexible payments, weekly check ins, monthly in body scans, and at home custom workouts. I also build a program and meal plan that is specific to your needs.
What I enjoy the most about my work is when clients reach their fitness goals. It's a great feeling because we both put in the work and now we can see progress.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The process involves a health and fitness consultation which consists of body fat measurements and a movement analysis to address the strengths and weaknesses of the student. Furthermore, after the consultation is done we schedule workouts around our schedule as we create a custom program and nutrition program to meet the needs of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my B.S. in Kinesiology as I have also worked for UCLA, CSUN, and 24 hour fitness. I have 6 years of personal training experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For my premium 1 hour session it starts at $75 per session however, for your first package I include bonus sessions as my rates drop as you purchase more sessions upfront. My package comes with a custom meal plan and exercise program.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching for free for box and burn back in 2016. I was an intern as I have gained experience teaching all populations.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with professional athletes, kids, and elderly students. I am a well rounded trainer who can work with anyone.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A event I am enjoying the most right now is training my client Jack who is a amateur boxer. What I enjoy the most is the hard work and his progress that he has made in the past few months. He has gained strength and sped following my program. I love when clients reach their maximal potential following my regimen.

Students should ask about experience, availability, and rates. When hiring a professional it all comes down to Avalibility, pricing, and experience to meet the students needs.
