About
My name is Jasmine. Yoga has been part of my daily life since 2014. I approach both my personal practice and my teaching with a humble curiosity of thoughtful consideration. Through yoga, I have found a sense of home in my own body and mind. In my teaching, I attempted to make space for all to feel safe and empowered. Influenced by a variety of yoga sequences and forms, I teach with the emphasis on alignment, strength, and breath. I believe every day and every practice is an opportunity to develop a finer balance between effort and ease.
You can reach me at [email protected] to talk further about planning your yoga lesson with a planned budget.
Yoga brings benefits beyond the mat.

Every class that I teach is different. To me, it’s important to keep my classes fresh and give everyone a different experience. I’m also dealing with different demographics. I like meeting different people, being able to have a positive effect on peoples’ lives.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I listen to my students.
People come to yoga class for many different reasons. For most, it may be a physical practice. Others may be trying to improve a medical condition like back pain. Emotional or spiritual healing is another reason.
No matter the reason my students are here, I connect with my students whether it’s as simple as eye contact and a smile, and listen to them.
