With over three decades of experience, Grand Master Sterling Chase, Sr., a retired Air Force, is dedicated to transforming students into safe, responsible citizens through a well-rounded curriculum including traditional Taekwondo, self-defense, history, language, and customs. Catering to a wide age range from 4 to 70, CHS Martial Arts offers tailored programs for exceptional needs, pre-school and K-5 exercise classes, and specialized self-defense classes for ladies, hikers, joggers, and medical professionals.
