The U.S. Taekwondo Center, founded in 1986 and based in Monument, Colorado, offers premier Taekwondo instruction to children, families, and adults. The center emphasizes on physical fitness, character development and self-defense, under the direction of the first U.S. Olympic Head Coach Grandmaster Sang Lee and his son, Master Jay Lee. With a lineage of Taekwondo traditions rooted back to Korea, it's committed to building students' self-esteem and strength of mind and body. All U.S. Taekwondo Center schools are Kukkiwon certified, solidifying their dedication to traditional Taekwondo instruction and practical self-defense techniques.
