About

We're providing yoga, meditation and self healing instruction in the most accessible way we know how. Working with individual students to create routines and classes that work for them, are made for them and are tailored to reducing any barrier to access. A true teacher to student friendship that fosters growth is the goal.

Reaching out to people and creating with them creates it’s own unique learning experience. Every one of my students has something beautiful to share and I love watching people discover that for themselves.

Ive been teaching since April 2019 and I’ve been practicing since 2006. I endeavor in educating myself in both the yogic lifestyle and other cultural experiences of all areas. I hope to both teach and learn from all my students. Even teachers are students themselves. I love to take other yoga classes and encourage my students to find their right fit wherever that may be.

Frequently asked questions

New students will be welcomed to a conversation about any questions or concerns they have. I expect a student to be as much my teacher in that they help me understand their lives, needs and goals and how I can help them. Then I will explain what to expect, what a class for them might look like and what basic class cues mean. Safe body positioning will be explained prior to class to educate and prevent injury.

I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher as well as having past experience as a medic. This grants me an in depth knowledge of the body as well as a great amount of experience with helping people find resources to solve their problems. It’s translated very well into being an instructor as I can refer and answer questions for any level student.

We charge $15 for drop in beginners and stress release classes. Our event style classes are posted on Facebook and tickets can be purchased through the eventbrite link listed there.

Ive been doing yoga for 15 years and I’ve always loved what it does for my life. It helps me love myself and make space for my mind when I need it most. This pushed me to become an instructor to share this with others.

We accept all types of students and have currently had the privilege of working with children, adults and seniors, people with physical disabilities or injuries, and people with an interest in improved mental wellness.

Ask all the questions, all of the studios I know in the area are friendly and willing to guide you. Find the teacher that you want, there is no scarcity of teachers. If you need help, we’d love to recommend you to what you’re looking for.

Think about how long you can sit or stand or focus, how you feel doing new things around strangers, what kind of space you like to have to practice in a group, and what temperature level you prefer. Also consider any health conditions and check with the teacher to see if their class is safe for you. Always be in touch with yourself, if it doesn’t feel good, don’t do it.
