Dear Elizabeth,
You know that doing yoga exercises has managed my bulged disk pain to the point where I am virtually pain-free. I can hike and walk and sit for hours, whereas before yoga, I could only do these things for minutes before I experienced pain and discomfort. If I dont do strengthening exercises for a while, I revert back to the pain I experienced before yoga. What I find special about you as a teacher is that you have customized my exercises to concentrate on areas that I need to strengthen, such as my lower back, balance and abs. You chose exercises that avoid areas where I have problems, such as my arthritic hands. Doing Yoga has resulted in a stronger core, better balance and flexibility and made me in better physical shape than when I was 50. I appreciate your constant patience and encouragement and that your classes are never boring because they are different every time. You actually make exercising fun.

I enjoyed how calm and peaceful she is, but also is just the perfect amount of challenging.
