Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios specializes in personalized martial arts instruction for the entire family. Our Ultimate Kenpo system is a unique blend of Karate, Kung Fu and Jiujitsu, using the best from each martial arts style to provide an effective and efficient method of self defense that can be tailored to any age and body style. Our classes are meant to increase self confidence, self esteem, increase one's flexibility and strength and teach practical and useful self defense techniques, all within a safe and friendly environment.
I not only love the martial arts as a way for myself to train and better myself everyday. I love the martial arts for what it does for each individual student I work with and how it impacts our local community. From young kids that learn respect, discipline, and humility through training to adults that reach the goals that they never thought they could accomplish before starting in the martial arts. I have taught for over a decade now and only see many more years of training and teaching the martial arts to as many people as possible.
