Founded in 2013, Capoeira Brasil Connecticut, located in Rocky Hill and its surrounding areas, is dedicated to sharing Brazilian culture and the martial art of Capoeira with both adults and children. The classes, led by the experienced Professor Tuzinho and Instrutora Tomate, offer not only a fun and intense workout but also an opportunity to learn a new language, play musical instruments, and develop leadership skills. The instructors are committed to building a strong presence for Capoeira in Connecticut, providing a unique blend of physical development, self-esteem strengthening, coordination, and creativity.
