Over the 30 years I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga meditation I have developed a broad understanding and experience within different traditions of yoga as well as other movement and meditative disciplines. From this repertoire I can I help people with a variety of needs meet their goals with respect to their individual strengths and limitations.
I have a specialty in movement based Postural therapy that helps people with acute and chronic pain, movement limitations and balance problems recover to get back to a more full and complete lifestyle.
Yoga & Meditation can be a life-changiing for many people. It is rewarding to help people work with me to get back on the path fitness and wellness in the classes and the therapies that I do with them.
