Eastern CT Tactical Hapkido, founded in 2011, is a martial arts school located in Baltic, Connecticut and services surrounding areas. Under the leadership of Joseph Pratt and Sarah Albright, ECTH provides Taekwondo and Tactical Hapkido instruction for both adults and children. The school adopts a real-world teaching approach and is dedicated to fostering personal, family, and community safety.
