
I specialize in healthy aging but teach to all ages. I teach vinyasa flow yoga, hatha, restorative yoga, chair yoga and mat Pilates. I offer a workshop or information on healthy aging to clients.
I've been practicing yoga for 10 years. I'm trained in Kriya yoga, which considers the Sutras and meditation and breath -- the entirety of yoga practice instead of just the physical part of yoga.
As a community service, I offer "Yoga for Cops" to a group of off-duty police officers to help them cope with stress and the pressures of their jobs.
